What to expect
A therapeutic relationship is one in which we are both learning; the therapist is learning about you from YOUR perspective, and you are learning new ways to perceive and approach stressful life encounters. The first session will focus on your story and grief experience. The second session is about together prioritizing your goals and establishing a plan in which the therapist will continue to learn about you – and in turn– you learn about yourself and new approaches to life’s journey.
