We live in a world that often can't tolerate our pain, and yet, working through our stories and experiences can bring us healing. Dr. Liz Anderson on PBS Newshour's Brief But Spectacular

In the last few years, many of us have experienced grief and loss.
And yet, people survive. My job is to help you find your path forward through healing. I offer a person-centered approach that focuses on the past, present, and future. We can address the past by attending to and healing old wounds. Intergenerational grief is real and how we learned to grieve matters. We can address the present by focusing on how our life experiences impact what we think and believe about ourselves, and how that impacts our emotions. We address the future by developing new skills in coping, communication, boundary setting, and self-care. |
