Liz Anderson, DSW, LCSW
Many of us have experienced grief and loss, through death, chronic or terminal illness, loss of relationships, jobs, and burnout from working on the frontlines, and so much more. That is my work as a therapist; to bring my clinical experience, skills, and training to help people live meaningful lives while working through grief and loss. My approach to therapy is compassionate, empowering, strengths-based, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive.
Influenced by my clinical training in both my doctoral and masters programs, along with work as a hospice and renal social worker, bereavement counselor, and 10 years as a social work professor, I have built skills in alleviating the suffering from grief and loss.
I'd love to hear your story. Our first session will focus on your story and grief experience and then we will prioritize your goals and establish a plan that is unique to your life journey. Schedule a free 15 minute consultation today!
